Wei Qiang Automobile Manufacturing (Shanxi) Co., Ltd. is a professional automobile manufacturing enterprise that integrates the manufacturing of auto parts, complete vehicle parts, and special vehicles. Its main products account for 30% of the domestic market share and 60% of the international market share, making it one of the few enterprises in China that has independent intellectual property rights for the production of special vehicles. The company's intelligent control wheeled equipment project is a key project for attracting investment in our city, with a total investment of 230 million yuan. It has an annual production capacity of 1,500 complete vehicles, 3,500 sets of military category II chassis assemblies, and 15,000 automotive transfer case assemblies.


After production, the annual output value will exceed 1 billion yuan. The operation of the project will initiate the transformation of our city's industrial manufacturing from raw material economy and material economy to product economy, laying a solid foundation for more strategic emerging industries to settle in our city. Li Minfu pointed out that the opening ceremony of Wei Qiang Automobile, a science and technology innovation park investment project in Hejin City, is not only a concrete practice of implementing the "Heqi Shengcai" emerging industry landmark set by the Yuncheng Municipal Party Committee, but also an important achievement in implementing the "235" industrial matrix in Hejin City. He hopes that the enterprise can further strengthen its scientific and technological research and development capabilities as well as market development capabilities, produce more high-performance special vehicles for national defense and special industries, attract and drive a group of upstream and downstream supporting enterprises to settle in Hejin, and the Economic Development Zone will spare no effort to help the enterprise solve various difficult problems in production operations.
